2020 Vision

This week we want to discuss your career goals for 2020. “2020 Vision” is a term I’ve seen being used a few times over the last 2 weeks, and while it somewhat of a cliché, it struck me as a powerful term. Also it is a clever way to introduce 2020 - a new decade, undoubtedly, where all of us will have new goals and aspirations.

What are your goals for this year and decade ahead? I am certain of what mine are and I realized that goals need to be very clearly defined - and the strategy we use to reach these goals even more so.
