Our process

Briefing, Planning & Project Implementation

  • Meet with our client (HR and Line Management) for briefing discussion

  • Develop a thorough understanding of the role, culture, aims & values of the business

  • Develop a clear candidate profile together with clear job profile

  • Agree project timelines, communication preferences and commence resourcing and prepare any advertising copy if necessary.

Candidate Attraction & Engagement

  • The candidates we seek to attract for our clients are high caliber and are highly sought after. There could be a failure to identify a large community of potential candidates if we do not get our attraction strategy correct. To ensure we source the best talent, we propose a combined approach consisting of: 

    Targeted recruitment
    Intensive research into organisations known to have the sought-after talent

    Referrals
    Engaging with senior contacts and candidates with relevant backgrounds to obtain qualified recommendations

    Advertising
    Advertising across multiple platforms is likely to deliver suitable candidates from sectors not considered and those not found through our target approach methods

Candidate Screening & Assessment

  • Manage and administer all responses

  • Screen, evaluate and assess candidates against all requirements

  • Assess candidate’s motivations, aspirations and cultural fit

  • If required, administer and provide feedback on selected psychometric assessments on shortlisted candidates.

  • Constant communication with candidates throughout the process

Candidate Selection & Offer

  • Manage the interview process with the client and candidate 

  • Commence formal referencing and standard background checks to include qualification, criminal and credit if and when required

  • Provide guidance to both client and selected candidates on employment terms and package to reach a successful outcome

  • Regular contact and follow-up with both candidate and client post start-date.
